📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and key stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities, account expansion initiatives, and potential engagements • Support proposals, solution discussions, contract negotiations, and client presentations • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to revenue growth • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements • Recommend process improvements and digital transformation opportunities • Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Coordinate activities between client teams in Japan and delivery teams in India • Lead status reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting • Ensure successful delivery aligned with quality, schedule, and business objectives • Serve as the primary communication channel between Japanese clients and Indian teams • Facilitate bilingual communication and manage cultural and business alignment • Support issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination • Ensure smooth collaboration and transparency across all project phases

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Japanese proficiency • Strong/business-level English proficiency or higher • Expert-level account management and business development skills • Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies • Strong consultative skills • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to drive delivery success and account growth
