📋 Description

• About the role: You’ll be part of a team focused on transformation strategy for banks. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology. • Key responsibilities: • Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients • Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture • Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions • Contribute to internal capability building and team development • Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, and financial performance • Help define and evolve our finance transformation offering • Job location: Remote-first role based in the EU or UK. Occasional travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation • Proven experience in banking, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics • Strong tech affinity — comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms • Experience across both strategic change initiatives and operational finance environments (e.g. controlling, reporting, planning) • Familiarity with transformation programs, including process redesign and system implementation • Risk management experience is a plus • Fluent in English; German is a plus
