• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. • 10+ years in business development or sales (geared motor experience preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. • Highly organized, goal‑driven, and effective at managing multiple priorities. • Self‑directed with the ability to operate in dynamic environments. • Skilled in forecasting, planning, and presenting growth strategies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. • Ability to travel for customer visits, market development, and industry events.
