📋 Description

• Conduct automation and manual testing, while documenting test methodologies • Gain in-depth knowledge of our clinical platform, which enables fast and accurate variant detection, annotation, and interpretation of NGS data • Participate in the full product development life-cycle: defining test requirements at the start of a project, tracking and managing test issues, ensuring that the software meets its acceptance criteria, signing off on releases for quality purposes and reviewing test documentation • Continue to develop our automation suite and embed this within our development process • Write concise documentation and revise older test cases to achieve greater testing coverage • Develop new testing frameworks where necessary • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best testing practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

• BSc and/or MSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM degrees • A BSc and/or MSc Degree in Bioinformatics would be a plus • At least 4 + years of experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on test automation • Familiarity with test management/documentation tools (e.g., TestRail , QC) • Working knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman , SoapUI) • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test frameworks such as Pytest • Programming experience with Python • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
