📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance • Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes • Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy • Drive program governance including scope, risks, and dependencies • Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, AI) • Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums • Develop adoption and change management strategies • Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting • Support business development and client engagement activities
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Data & AI program management • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric • 5+ years of experience with Azure Data Services • 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management • 5+ years of experience in data platform modernization • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery • 5+ years of experience in governance & risk management • Consultative experience in AI/ML Enablement (3+ years preferred) • Certifications in Azure, Fabric, PMP, Scrum Master preferred
