• 5+ years of experience in implementation, product management, consulting, or enterprise onboarding—ideally with AI products in the banking/credit union industry. • Expertise in workflow mapping, use case identification, and translating needs into product specs • Effective communication skills—experience and comfort in engaging with senior executives and leaders at financial institutions. • Growth mindset and curiosity - Have a growth mindset, drive initiatives, and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
