📋 Description
• Build custom AI features, APIs, or integrations as needed to bridge gaps between the product and client systems. • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. • Serve as a technical advisor or consultant throughout the deployment lifecycle. • Own the end-to-end development of client-specific solutions, including backend, frontend, infrastructure, and deployment tasks. • Quickly build proof-of-concepts or MVPs to test hypotheses with clients. • Document client-specific implementations and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in software implementation in a solutions engineer and/or solutions architect roles • Expertise building relationships directly with customers, preferably with SaaS companies. • Full-stack development background with our web stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS • Have a knack at owning high-impact customer integrations to drive AI process automation.
