📋 Description

• Host two recruitment sessions per day (group or one-to-one) via video conference. • Introduce Esallia and present a professional, clear and motivating image. • Explain the position being offered, the work schedule and the terms and conditions clearly. • Answer candidates’ questions during the session. • Quickly assess profiles (students, recent graduates) to determine progression to the next stage of the process. • Focus exclusively on facilitating the session, evaluating candidates and updating the ATS (training provided).

• You are a freelancer/independent contractor • Well organized and structured to work efficiently remotely • Prior professional experience in recruitment is required • Comfortable with digital tools and recruitment platforms • Detail-oriented
