📋 Description

• Run two group or individual recruitment sessions per day via videoconference. • Present Esallia and convey a professional, clear and motivating image. • Clearly explain the position being offered, the work rhythm and the conditions. • Answer candidates’ questions during the session. • Quickly assess profiles (students, recent graduates) to determine eligibility for the next stage of the process. • Focus exclusively on running the meeting, evaluating candidates and updating the ATS (training provided).
