âą Host two recruitment sessions per day (group or individual) via videoconference âą Present Esallia and convey a professional, clear and motivating image âą Explain the role, work schedule and conditions in detail âą Answer candidates' questions during the session âą Quickly assess profiles (students, recent graduates) to determine eligibility for the next stage of the process âą Focus exclusively on running the session, evaluating candidates and updating the ATS (training provided)
