📋 Description

• Lead and develop the pilot recruitment function in close collaboration with all SAS Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals • Oversee the end-to-end pilot recruitment process • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong candidate experience • Work with business leaders, Pilot Assessors, Planning, Training, and other teams to attract, assess, and hire pilots • Shape and drive pilot recruitment strategy across SAS • Adapt priorities and resources to operational and business needs • Lead operational pilot recruitment projects, steering committees, and key stakeholder forums • Ensure compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements • Improve recruitment processes, systems, and technology platforms, including ATS solutions, reporting, and recruitment analytics • Establish and monitor KPIs including conversion rates, candidate experience, and diversity metrics • Analyze recruitment data and market trends to drive data-informed decision-making • Coach, develop, and support the Talent Acquisition team • Advise business leaders and stakeholders on pilot recruitment, talent availability, and recruitment strategy • Define and execute sourcing, marketing, and talent attraction strategies • Strengthen the SAS employer brand and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified pilot candidates • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion and integrate SAS iCARE values into recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education qualifications • Experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex business environment • Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines on an international scale • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment marketing, and employer branding • Experience working with recruitment metrics and data-driven improvement initiatives • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders • Experience supporting recruitment in operational, regulated, or international environments is considered an advantage • Certification in Aon assessment tools is considered an advantage • Ability and willingness to travel as required • Deep expertise within Talent Acquisition and talent attraction • Strong project management skills • Strong collaboration and influencing skills • Strong leadership capability • Strong understanding of recruitment technology and talent acquisition systems • Experience working with recruitment analytics, reporting, and performance metrics • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, selection processes, assessments, and interviewing techniques • Ability to identify current and future competence needs and translate them into recruitment strategies • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
