📋 Description

• Implement and manage development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders • Implement and manage containerised environments • Oversee code release and deployment processes • Identify, manage, and maintain new and existing software engineering tools and infrastructure • Design and develop automations to improve software engineering efficiency and reduce risk • Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines • Solve performance and architectural challenges • Handle application scaling, performance management, and metrics • Mentor and guide other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant industry experience • Deep understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, ideally using GitLab • Familiarity with static/dynamic application security testing • Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation • Experience managing and deploying Docker/Kubernetes environments • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures • Experience creating and maintaining distributed systems and monolith applications • PHP/Laravel experience highly regarded • Golang experience highly regarded • Understanding of one or more of Python, Java, and JavaScript is a bonus • Understanding of the telecommunications industry and networking technologies is well regarded • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think like a leader • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations • Commitment to the company’s values
