📋 Description

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, variants, and attributes • Manage and merchandise collections across websites • Ensure product data accuracy, content consistency, and platform-standard compliance • Schedule and publish website promotions, discount rules, sales, landing pages, and banners • Support technical implementation of campaigns and onsite updates • Conduct QA testing across product pages, collections, and promotional builds • Troubleshoot website issues and log bugs with developers or platform support • Support platform configuration and Shopify Plus optimisation • Assist with ERP integration support and data-flow integrity • Maintain technical SEO elements, including metadata, redirects, and basic indexing • Support feed management tools and future marketplace expansion • Assist with UAT for new functionality and platform updates • Produce sales and website performance reports using Google Analytics and platform reporting • Identify operational efficiencies and website improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, and external development partners

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce coordination, digital merchandising, platform administration, or related online retail support • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or comparable eCommerce platforms • Strong product catalogue management experience, including product setup, variants, attributes, promotions, and content updates • Exposure to ERP-integrated environments and understanding of systems, platforms, and data flows • Technical aptitude in platform logic, integrations, and troubleshooting workflows • End-to-end website administration experience, including setup, configuration, QA, issue resolution, and optimisation • Technical, systems-oriented mindset • Understanding of website architecture, basic technical SEO, and onsite performance best practices • Experience working with developers, external agencies, or platform support teams • Strong reporting and analytical capability using Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and platform reporting tools • Highly organised, detail-driven, and methodical • Strong QA discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
