📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain GK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce solutions for transaction processing, payments, returns, promotions, and receipts. • Lead production support, including incident management, major incident handling, root cause analysis, and problem management. • Develop and maintain integrations between GK POS and ERP, OMS, payment gateway, and eCommerce platforms. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, store operations, and engineering teams to identify and document requirements. • Troubleshoot complex production issues through log analysis and system diagnostics. • Coordinate with vendors, architects, and engineering teams. • Manage escalations and communicate clearly during critical incidents. • Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, RCA quality, and continuous improvement across the retail store network.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is required. • 5+ years of experience in Retail/QSR POS systems and store operations is required. • Strong GK POS/Other POS technical and functional expertise, with hands-on experience in GK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce/Other POS, is required. • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL. • Experience with Node.js is required. • Deep understanding of POS architecture, transaction processing, payments, returns, promotions, receipts, and recovery workflows. • Experience with POS integrations including ERP, OMS, payment gateway, and eCommerce platforms. • Strong production support background, including incident management, major incident handling, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and release/defect triage. • Experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript for frontend development is a plus. • Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations is a plus. • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments is a plus. • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, or CloudWatch is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and functional architecture is a plus. • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application support is a plus. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
