• 3+ years of battle-tested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planning. • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce. • Must have powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and transforming data into concrete, actionable strategies. • A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure. • Executive-level communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholders. • Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools! • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plus.
