📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact after implementation, managing the subscription renewal pipeline and maintaining cognizance of customer health. • Own the Executive Narrative & Strategy—creating professional-looking, data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and driving meetings with appropriate action-item follow-up. • Perform routine health checks and coordinate any required remediation to ensure customers stay on track towards their goals. • Develop deep relationships with customer key personnel to seek and develop up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, participating with the Sales team to ensure strong customer engagement. • Act as the voice of the customer for product utilization trends and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required; a cybersecurity and/or compliance background is also very valuable. • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models. • History of being able to understand technical and complex software environments and bridge the gap by communicating those concepts in language meaningful to the business; similarly, being able to translate business needs to potential technical solutions. • Extensive experience in customer success/account management for complex software implementations with Fortune 500 / Global 1000 clients, preferably within a SaaS organization. • A cheerful willingness to be a hands-on contributor and stay detail-focused while maintaining an outcome-based perspective. You have a tenacious desire to see customers succeed and thrive. • Experience in process improvement, decision-making, planning, analysis, and service excellence.
