📋 Description

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues. • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend preventive measures. • Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution. • Support upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users. • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless software functionality. • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for issue resolution and enhancements. • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in application support & troubleshooting. • Familiarity with JAVA, Angular & MySQL database • Hands on experience in cloud environment - AWS (especially with AWS Batch, Lambda, RDS, ALB/EC2) • Hands on experience in database monitoring, query optimization, data archivals using AWS RDS • Hands on experience in monitoring tools like Grafana • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
