📋 Description

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency • Perform root cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend preventive measures • Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution • Support upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless software functionality • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for issue resolution and enhancements • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in application support & troubleshooting • Familiarity with JAVA, Angular & MySQL database • Hands on experience in cloud environment - AWS (especially with AWS Batch, Lambda, RDS, ALB/EC2) • Hands on experience in database monitoring, query optimization, data archivals using AWS RDS • Hands on experience in monitoring tools like Grafana • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Background in Agile and DevOps methodologies (preferred) • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations (preferred) • Familiarity with IaC using Terraform or AWS Cloudformation (preferred) • Ability to work 100% remotely from India as part of a distributed US-based team
