📋 Description

• Provide professional and organizational leadership for a five-person team • Plan and coordinate available employee capacity • Review and decide whether service activities are billable • Communicate with customers, partners, and other team leads • Install and configure the OneCoolTool software in customer environments • Coordinate and monitor processes in close collaboration with customers’ business departments and IT teams • Organize the intake, coordination, and resolution of support cases • Handle service and support cases • Provide first- and second-level support

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in application support, system administration, or software development • Experience in a professional or disciplinary leadership role, as well as an interest in assuming leadership responsibility • Very good knowledge of the Windows environment, particularly SQL Server, Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases • Good understanding of software architectures and complex application systems • Interest in business-related topics and business processes • Experience handling customer requirements and communicating with users • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and an independent, self-directed approach to work • Excellent written and spoken German skills at native-speaker level • Complete application documents, including a cover letter, résumé, and certificates • Please state your earliest possible start date
