📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers who use IDEXX analyzers for veterinary laboratory diagnostics • Support veterinary practice teams in operating their analyzers • Coordinate equipment installations with internal and external stakeholders • Troubleshoot hardware and integration issues • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer questions and challenges • Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures • Provide practical tips and advice on equipment operation and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service or customer support • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Czech language skills would be an advantage • Training and professional experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician would be an advantage • Technical aptitude would be an advantage • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Analytical thinking skills • Willingness to work as part of a large team • Willingness to take on new challenges
