📋 Description

• Perform initial technical qualification and analysis of incoming tickets in 1st- and 2nd-level support • Evaluate error messages, process logic, and system behavior • Independently handle technical customer inquiries related to the SaaS Cockpit • Reproduce technical issues • Analyze and resolve issues in import and export templates • Work closely with Product Development, Professional Services, and Engineering • Support post-go-live activities and coordinate technical customer inquiries with Professional Services teams • Monitor technical support KPIs and derive optimization measures • Contribute to ticketing system automation, including workflows, routing, and classification logic • Contribute to the AI bot by preparing technical content and maintaining knowledge entries • Maintain the knowledge base with technical FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting steps • Participate in workshops to further develop technical support processes

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience or a strong willingness to learn in supporting SaaS solutions • Ability to quickly understand interrelationships, analyze errors logically, and document issues in a reproducible manner • Understanding of data flows, user permissions, interface behavior, configurations, and system logic • Experience working with CSV and Excel file formats • Ability to communicate technical content clearly and effectively to customers and internal teams • Enthusiasm for new technologies, AI-powered tools, and digital processes • Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality
