📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to structure and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Represent the subject area with passion and foresight • Support participants’ skills development and integration into the labor market • Design and deliver lessons both as a subject-matter expert and as a learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers • Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V); Linux knowledge is an advantage • Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate them effectively into teaching • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Evidence of pedagogical qualification, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
