📋 Description

• Shape the cloud instead of just managing it: You design, migrate, and operate modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. • Master migrations: Whether migrating Exchange 2010/2016 to Exchange Online, hybrid scenarios, coexistence, or cutover migrations — you develop appropriate migration paths and support their implementation. • Drive device management: Using Intune, Autopilot and BYOD policies, you ensure modern, standardized, and automated client environments. • Live Security by Design: From MFA rollouts and baseline hardening to compliance controls — you ensure that security and continuous improvement go hand in hand. • Advise & dive deep: In assessments, architecture workshops and PoCs you work closely with Sales and key accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience in Cloud Engineering (Azure/M365). • Extensive experience in Identity, Security & Compliance, Exchange migrations, Intune/Autopilot; PowerShell as a tool for automation. • German language skills at C1 level (e.g., for workshops and customer interactions) as well as good English skills. • Nice to have: Experience with Azure Landing Zones, an IaC/automation mindset and EDR/XDR/SIEM know-how.
