📋 Description

• Plan, migrate, and operate modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments • Design identity solutions with Entra ID/Azure AD • Integrate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint • Implement Zero Trust policies and work with the Security and Compliance Center • Develop and support Exchange migrations from Exchange 2010/2016 to Exchange Online • Plan hybrid scenarios, coexistence, and cutovers • Build modern client environments using Intune, Autopilot, and BYOD policies • Automate processes with PowerShell scripts • Conduct MFA rollouts, baseline hardening, and compliance controls (SBIT.CCM) • Conduct assessments, architecture workshops, and proofs of concept • Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams • Provide 3rd-level support, root-cause analyses, post-mortems, and fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training or a degree in a relevant field • At least three years of relevant professional experience in cloud engineering (Azure/M365) • Extensive experience in identity, security, and compliance • Experience with Exchange migrations • Experience with Intune and Autopilot • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation • German language skills at C1 level • Good command of English • Nice to have: Experience with Azure Landing Zones • Nice to have: An Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation mindset • Nice to have: Knowledge of EDR/XDR/SIEM
