📋 Description

• Support active litigation across business lines, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and filings. • Track and manage critical litigation dates (e.g., summary judgment motions, hearings, trial preparation). • Maintain real time awareness of case status and proactively prepare matter summaries and timelines. • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for outside counsel, ensuring responsiveness, alignment, and accountability. • Manage and analyze outside counsel spend, including invoice review, cost tracking, and reporting over time. • Run and maintain legal operations reports related to litigation activity, costs, and vendor performance. • Partner closely with legal leadership to support matter strategy and execution. • Other administrative duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience spanning paralegal and/or legal operations work. • Background in a corporate legal department, with law firm training or experience. • Strong litigation experience; comfortable supporting strategic motion practice. • Highly organized, proactive, and immediately responsive. • Trusted operator who can manage sensitive matters with discretion.
