• Alongside in-house counsel, coordinate and prepare board meeting materials and related policies and documents • Alongside in-house counsel, prepare and submit SEC filings and forms in a timely and accurate manner • Assist with contract drafting, review, and management • Handle subsidiary corporate filings and annual reports with state and local authorities • Maintain corporate records and entity management databases • Conduct legal research and support compliance initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate • 10+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience • Familiarity with supporting the drafting of SEC filings • Previous experience working with the demands of a public company Board of Directors and Executive Management • Previous experience with subsidiary management matters and subsidiary organizational documents • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency with the latest legal research tools and document management systems
