📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and support multi-platform integration solutions • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows • Collaborate with other engineers to review code • Create and maintain technical designs and documents • Support the daily stability of the integration ecosystem • Maintain a balance between integration development and ServiceNow development • Complete other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT services • ServiceNow Development/Administration experience • Expertise in JavaScript (ES5) • 7+ years of software engineering experience • Understanding of distributed systems and message-based architecture • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, and HBase • Experience with Business Data Analytics and Visualization platforms • At least 1,000 hours of hands-on development experience • At least 500 hours dedicated to ServiceNow scripting • At least 1,500 hours dedicated to any object-oriented language • At least 300 hours of ITSM/Ticketing-System Integration/Development/Administration • Expert understanding of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, ETL, XML, and JSON • Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database architecture • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
