📋 Description

• Implement AI tools across marketing, operations, and customer experience to automate tasks and improve team efficiency. • Stay current with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, and emerging capabilities in the AI landscape. • Evaluate new tools and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for adoption. • Build and document internal AI workflows that teams can operate independently. • Design and manage automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n to reduce manual, repetitive work. • Identify business processes suited for AI or automation solutions and implement those solutions end-to-end. • Maintain and optimize existing automations as tools and business needs evolve. • Train team members on the effective use of AI tools across departments. • Build and maintain an internal AI knowledge base, prompt library, and tool documentation. • Serve as the go-to internal resource for AI-related questions, capabilities, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, marketing technology, or workflow automation. • Deep familiarity with the AI tool landscape, including LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms. • Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n. • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO. • Comfortable integrating tools via APIs and no-code/low-code connectors. • Basic understanding of data, analytics, and reporting concepts. • Experience in DTC, ecommerce, telehealth, or subscription businesses is preferred. • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
