📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered workflows and automation systems across the organization • Design and deploy AI-powered agents for internal operations and potential customer-facing use cases • Build AI workflows using platforms and APIs such as OpenAI and Claude • Develop and optimize prompt logic for business requirements • Monitor agent performance and refine workflows for reliability and effectiveness • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into existing business processes • Analyze departmental workflows and automate repetitive or inefficient processes • Build scalable automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms • Connect CRM, scheduling, reporting, and operational systems into integrated workflows • Use APIs and webhooks for reliable data exchange • Troubleshoot and optimize integrations and automations • Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards for key business metrics • Consolidate data from multiple platforms and locations • Ensure accurate and consistent synchronization across connected systems • Improve visibility into performance across locations, services, and teams • Partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact AI and automation initiatives • Develop and execute a 6–12 month AI and automation implementation roadmap • Translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions • Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies • Continuously improve systems as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, technical operations, or related roles • Proven experience building and deploying workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms • Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or comparable technologies • Experience integrating multiple software platforms and operational systems • Experience independently owning technical or automation projects from concept through deployment • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and scalable automation • Experience connecting CRM platforms, scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software • Experience with data and reporting systems, data consistency, and business-performance visibility • Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms • Ability to troubleshoot automation failures, integration issues, and inconsistent data flows • Basic JavaScript or Python scripting knowledge is a plus • Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST • English resume required in PDF format • English proficiency required in the application process • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets using the same email as the application
