📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows for internal operations and client projects • Develop automations using AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms • Configure scalable automation ecosystems connecting multiple software platforms • Optimize workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency • Troubleshoot automation failures and improve deployed solutions • Build integrations between CRMs, project management systems, communication platforms, databases, and AI services • Configure API connections, webhooks, and custom integrations • Implement secure automation architectures • Evaluate and recommend AI and automation tools based on client requirements • Analyze client business processes and identify automation opportunities • Participate in technical client meetings to gather requirements and explain solutions • Translate business challenges into practical AI implementations • Recommend automation strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets • Research AI tools and implementation methodologies • Prototype automation capabilities before production deployment • Recommend new services and technical improvements • Document workflows, automation architectures, and implementation procedures • Develop reusable templates and standardized implementation frameworks • Create internal best practices for AI deployments and client onboarding • Maintain technical documentation for long-term scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building automations, systems integrations, or AI-enabled solutions • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms • Experience implementing AI solutions beyond prompt engineering • Experience integrating multiple SaaS applications into automated workflows • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, Claude, OpenAI, MCP frameworks, or similar technologies • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and SaaS integrations • Strong understanding of Large Language Models and practical AI implementation beyond prompt engineering • Experience connecting CRM systems, cloud applications, databases, and business software through scalable automation • Ability to document technical workflows, system architecture, and implementation procedures • Knowledge of documentation platforms such as Notion or Obsidian • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects with attention to detail • Availability to work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must record and submit a video using the same email as the application
