📋 Description

• Build and maintain internal web tools using AI-assisted development platforms • Develop an employee portal centralizing handbooks, SOPs, reference materials, and searchable documentation • Build task-management functionality for viewing, assigning, managing, and completing operational work • Develop role-based dashboards for employees and leadership • Continuously improve internal tools as business requirements and workflows evolve • Build automated workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms • Convert incoming customer emails into trackable and assignable tasks • Automate task creation, assignment, prioritization, status tracking, and follow-up identification • Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation • Maintain and optimize existing automations • Connect email, telephony, policy and agency data, reporting sources, and other systems through APIs and integrations • Create reliable data flows and troubleshoot synchronization issues • Build operational dashboards and reporting for call activity, task throughput, response times, completion times, and productivity • Configure AI-powered processes that ingest reports and return structured outputs • Configure and maintain Supabase or similar backend services • Design data models and maintain reliable platform records • Configure authentication, permissions, and role-based access controls • Apply security practices for employee and customer information and escalate risks requiring senior review • Test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain tools, workflows, integrations, and dashboards • Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building internal web tools, applications, dashboards, or operational systems using AI-assisted development tools • Hands-on experience building and maintaining business automations and integrated workflows • Experience connecting business systems through APIs and managing data between multiple platforms • Experience configuring backend services, databases, authentication, and access controls • Portfolio or concrete examples of previously built tools, dashboards, applications, or automation systems required • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Replit, or comparable platforms • Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow automation platforms • Ability to configure Supabase or comparable backend and database platforms, including data modeling, authentication, and access management • Experience connecting email, telephony, reporting, and other business systems through APIs and integrations • Understanding of authentication, role-based access controls, and secure handling of sensitive employee and customer information • Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and prompts • Experience building operational dashboards and reporting systems • Ability to test, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain internal tools and automated workflows • Ability to independently own systems and projects and recognize when architecture or security requirements should be escalated • Availability Monday to Friday, within 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • English proficiency required • Video showcasing skill sets required as part of the application process
