• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads. • Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with particular focus on seasonal campaigns and holiday periods. • Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions. • Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline efficiently. • Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system. • Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks through disciplined pipeline management. • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and continuously improve outreach strategies. • Contribute to campaign planning and performance optimization across seasonal initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation; B2B experience is a strong plus. • Demonstrated track record of hitting outreach targets or sales goals. • Experience conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Prior exposure to corporate or B2B gifting, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus. • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. • Proactive and driven with a genuine passion for creating delightful customer experiences. • Positive, can-do attitude and strong ability to build rapport with business clients. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
