• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously across operations, project management, administration, construction, restoration, and support functions • Create and post job advertisements across relevant recruiting platforms • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone and video interviews • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Track candidate progress throughout the hiring lifecycle • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate databases
• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for operational, construction, restoration, project management, or similar roles preferred • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems • Strong organizational and process management skills • Strong written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
