• Support leadership with operational coordination, communication management, and meeting organization. • Document meetings, prepare summaries, and track action items. • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests. • Conduct research and compile reports. • Track project progress and monitor deadlines.
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a similar role. • Experience supporting senior leadership teams. • Experience attending meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. • Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
