📋 Description
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO to help manage priorities and key initiatives. • Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions. • Support executive decision-making through research, analysis, and execution. • Help ensure strategic initiatives continue moving forward. • Independently manage projects from planning through completion. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operations, sales, customer support, and leadership. • Track timelines, deliverables, and action items. • Conduct research on software platforms, vendors, partnerships, hiring initiatives, and operational improvements. • Present actionable recommendations to leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, executive support, business operations, or similar roles. • Experience supporting senior leadership or business owners. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives. • Experience conducting business research and supporting strategic initiatives. • Experience improving operational processes and workflows.
