📋 Description

• Develop high-quality graphic designs for digital and print marketing and sales materials • Apply fashion and beauty industry expertise to create designs resonating with target audiences • Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce and refine design assets • Demonstrate strong taste and style aligned with brand aesthetics and industry trends • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines • Ensure visual consistency across marketing and sales materials • Create website graphics to enhance user experience and align with brand aesthetics (nice to have) • Deliver designs reflecting current fashion and beauty industry trends and standards • Complete the application form and submit a video showcasing skill sets

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe • Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST, aligned with U.S. client time zones • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer • Strong portfolio showcasing work in the fashion and beauty industries • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required • Figma experience is a plus • Canva experience is a plus • Strong English communication skills • Strong sense of style, taste, and industry knowledge • Previous marketing or creative agency experience highly preferred • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must submit a design portfolio link with relevant fashion and/or beauty work • Must record a video showcasing skill sets • Must use the same email for the video and application
