• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals. • Partner with the CEO to hire, onboard, and develop the marketing team. • Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Oversee the development of marketing graphics, videos, and creative assets. • Monitor marketing performance across all digital channels and analyze campaign performance, ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce. • Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects. • Experience leading email marketing, paid advertising, and conversion optimization initiatives. • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms. • Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Canva, and Figma. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
