📋 Description

• Own project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives from kickoff through launch. • Create and maintain launch calendars, timelines, and project workflows. • Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities with strong operational oversight. • Ensure projects remain aligned with deadlines, priorities, and business objectives. • Serve as the primary owner of Asana, managing tasks, dependencies, timelines, and workflow organization. • Maintain clear visibility across ongoing marketing initiatives and deliverables. • Identify, flag, and escalate blockers quickly to keep projects moving efficiently. • Help improve operational processes and project coordination across teams. • Collaborate closely with leadership, creative, performance, and operations teams. • Keep communication proactive, clear, and asynchronous-friendly across stakeholders and time zones. • Support accountability and alignment across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. • Maintain reporting cadences, KPI dashboards, and project status updates for leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of marketing project management experience. • Advanced experience using Asana and project planning tools. • Experience working within fast-paced marketing or consumer brand environments. • Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods brands is a strong plus.
