📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA and testing framework from the ground up • Establish scalable testing processes supporting product development and releases • Develop bug identification, reporting, tracking, and resolution standards and procedures • Conduct rigorous manual testing of internal systems and consumer-facing digital properties • Test direct-to-consumer landing pages and conversion funnels • Verify cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Identify bugs, inconsistencies, usability issues, and other quality concerns before production releases • Support the eventual expansion of QA processes into automated testing • Use Jira and Asana to manage testing lifecycles and track issues through resolution • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, QA documentation, release testing results, and release sign-offs • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers throughout development and release processes • Communicate technical issues and actionable reproduction information to distributed teams • Maintain quality standards before code reaches production • Establish and evolve scalable QA processes for the telehealth organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Quality Assurance experience • Experience testing web applications, internal tools, and high-conversion landing pages • Proven experience designing and implementing QA systems, processes, and workflows from scratch • Experience managing testing and bug-tracking workflows using Jira and Asana • Experience testing direct-to-consumer web experiences and conversion funnels • Experience conducting manual software testing • Exposure to automated testing considered valuable as the QA function evolves • Strong software quality assurance capabilities • Hands-on experience creating QA frameworks, test plans, test cases, bug-reporting standards, and release sign-off procedures • High proficiency with Jira and Asana • Understanding of direct-to-consumer web experiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels • Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and provide actionable reproduction information • Ability to maintain detailed QA documentation and manage multiple testing priorities • Ability to work autonomously with distributed product, development, and design teams • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format
