📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine prompts for Voice AI agents and chatbots • Debug and optimize prompts for response accuracy, natural language flow, and user satisfaction • Manage context continuity across chat-based and voice-based interactions • Use Retell AI and Vapi for low-latency, natural real-time voice interactions • Build logic-driven conversational experiences with LangChain, OpenAI Assistants API, or similar frameworks • Implement SSML and phonetic optimization for voice applications • Use Markdown and structured data for chat interfaces • Tailor conversational flows for telehealth users while balancing empathy, medical guardrails, and conversion objectives • Maintain a consistent AI persona across SMS, web chat, and phone interactions for GLP-1 users • Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams • Generate performance reports and analyze transcripts, call logs, user feedback, and behavioral data • Monitor speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and LLM reasoning trends • Improve patient satisfaction, retention, hallucination rates, and latency • Complete the application form and submit a skills video

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering across voice AI and text-based conversational systems • Proven experience with Retell AI and Vapi • Experience with LangChain, Intercom, OpenAI Assistants API, or custom LLM wrappers highly preferred • Direct-to-consumer experience, particularly in health-related support or high-intent customer journeys • Experience running A/B testing on prompts • Strong analytical ability to evaluate conversational performance • Deep understanding of conversational design differences between spoken and written language • Ability to troubleshoot real-time voice latency constraints • High attention to detail and creativity in designing natural user experiences • Proactive problem-solving within regulated telehealth environments • Adaptability in fast-moving product and healthcare settings • Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST / U.S. business hours • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must complete an application form and record a video showcasing skill sets
