📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day social media operations across multiple client accounts • Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across relevant social platforms • Develop and manage content calendars and coordinate approvals, scheduling, and posting workflows • Create engaging social media content, posts, captions, and creative concepts aligned with client brands, audiences, and goals • Adapt messaging and content formats for different platforms and audiences • Monitor account performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance • Analyze account and content data and provide actionable insights and recommendations • Develop initiatives to increase followers, reach, and engagement • Support community engagement through comments, interactions, and audience conversations • Work closely with internal marketing teams and communicate updates, recommendations, and creative ideas to clients and stakeholders • Continuously optimize social media execution based on performance trends • Complete the application form and record a video showcasing skill sets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts • Experience creating, adapting, and publishing social media content • Experience growing social media accounts through consistent execution, audience engagement, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Familiarity with YouTube considered a plus • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools • Ability to write engaging copy aligned with different brand voices and objectives • Ability to analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance data • Ability to develop and maintain organized content calendars • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously • Availability to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone • English resume in PDF format • Video submission using the same email as the application
