📋 Description

• Provide personal and reliable support to our exhibitors, partners, and speakers — from event preparation through post-event follow-up. • Conduct friendly and professional phone calls with existing customers and assist with ticket sales. • Communicate by email and respond to inquiries. • Prepare summaries and weekly reports. • Support organizational and administrative tasks and carry out independent research.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) • Ideally some experience in customer support or communications • Optional: basic experience with common content design tools (e.g., Canva) • Proactive mindset and initiative • Solution-oriented attitude • Enjoy working on new and varied tasks; team player • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented • High personal quality standards and attention to detail • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, with strong spelling and grammar.
