📋 Description

• Analyze the technical constraints of complex renovation projects • Assess existing building pathologies and associated risks • Validate the structural and technical feasibility of operations during the early project phase • Define construction solutions adapted to the specific challenges of each project • Draft or supervise strategic technical documents and the technical specifications (CCTP) • Design and structure the company's technical standards • Implement the tools, reference frameworks and methodologies for the department • Develop technical templates and reference ratios used by the teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and execution processes • Lead and challenge external engineering/design consultancies • Ensure the quality and consistency of technical deliverables • Participate in the evaluation and qualification of strategic partners • Ensure the expected level of excellence on high-end projects • Support the handover of project dossiers to site/construction teams • Secure project kick-offs for technically sensitive issues • Provide expertise for technical arbitration or complex situations during execution

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a civil engineering (BTP) school or an architectural qualification with a strong focus on project delivery/execution • 6–10 years of experience in technical studies, technical coordination or managing complex projects • Mandatory experience in heavy renovation, historic/heritage buildings, restructuring or technically complex projects • Strong expertise in structural, regulatory and technical building matters • Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and make impactful technical decisions • Passion for structuring work, developing methodologies and improving organizational processes
