📋 Description

• Build the operating system — scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythm, accountability structure, and reporting so the whole team knows what's happening and what's next • Hire and lead the team responsible for social growth, LinkedIn, podcast, speaking outreach, EOS sales pipeline, Skool community, content, and AI automation • Use AI and automation daily to make the team faster, cut manual work, and build systems that don't break when you're not watching • Turn 12-month goals into weekly execution — social follower targets, podcast bookings, speaking engagements, EOS sessions sold, Skool revenue • Protect Calvin's time — he should be focused on content, sales, EOS sessions, speaking, and relationships, not chasing updates or re-explaining priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams, including direct accountability conversations when people miss targets • Managed 7+ people at the same time • Run weekly meetings where people reported numbers, not just updates • Can lead and execute simultaneously — not one or the other • 3+ years in ops, chief of staff, agency ops, creator ops, founder support, or growth ops • Built and managed a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, or reporting system personally • Managed 5+ active projects or workstreams simultaneously • 2+ years working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant • Use AI tools daily — Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar • Built at least 3 real workflows, automations, SOPs, or reporting systems using these tools • Can explain what you built, why it mattered, and what improved • Not learning AI here — already using it and getting better every week • Real familiarity with at least 3 of: social media growth, LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, sales pipeline/CRM, online courses/Skool/community, speaking or event outreach
