🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years writing blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and ad copy • Portfolio of real, published writing • Genuinely fluent written English • Grammar and tone that do not need a second pass • Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to draft faster • Able to rewrite AI-generated drafts into original work • Able to explain complex or unfamiliar topics in plain language • Reliable internet connection • Punctuality and consistent attendance • Proactive communication if a draft may miss its deadline • Ability to follow through without supervision • SEO knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
