📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads (90% of the role is active calling) • Engage prospects with an inviting, friendly, and non-abrasive communication style • Drive conversations confidently and keep prospects genuinely engaged • Generate, source, and qualify new leads based on target criteria • Persuade and influence prospects to continue conversations with the client’s principals • Add value to the current calling strategy by bringing complementary strengths • Document call outcomes and maintain accurate lead notes in the CRM • Consistently meet or exceed weekly lead-generation and outreach targets

🎯 Requirements

• Near-perfect English communication skills (verbal clarity, tone, pacing) • Warm, friendly, and natural conversational style—no scripts or robotic delivery • Strong persuasive communication skills while remaining respectful and professional • Demonstrated ability to get prospects to listen, engage, and stay on the call • Proven success in previous cold-calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation roles • Ability to confidently take charge of conversations and move them toward next steps • Experience that complements and strengthens the client’s existing outreach efforts • Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working independently
