📋 Description

• Your mission will be to design and optimize the Scaleway console experience for Compute products (CPU/GPU Instances, Kubernetes, Serverless, Container Registry, etc.) to transform complex cloud infrastructure challenges into simple, intuitive, and efficient user journeys for developers, DevOps engineers, and enterprises. • You’ll participate in user interviews and user story mapping to understand users’ problems and define solutions. • You will produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes to present meaningful solutions during design reviews and developer handoffs. • Organize usability and user testing and report findings to your team. • Work closely with your PM, front-end developers, and Tech & UX writers to ensure the best value is delivered collaboratively. • Participate in onboarding sessions and other internal events.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments • Proven experience designing complex interfaces (dashboards, SaaS tools, infrastructure management platforms) • Strong expertise in Figma and prototyping workflows • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Ability to collaborate closely with PMs and developers in agile environments • Experience with data-driven design (Amplitude, Metabase, Hotjar is a plus) • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
