📋 Description

• Design high-quality, intuitive UX/UI for our SaaS platform—from user flows to final UI • Concept, prototype, and iterate on conversational and task-oriented AI agent experiences (chat, voice, and UI-embedded). • Own and maintain our Figma-based design system and component library • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity in development • Work directly with market researchers, sales, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and test ideas • Conduct light research and usability testing where needed • Design for scale while retaining clarity and simplicity • Help shape the future vision of the platform through design-led thinking

🎯 Requirements

• You must have the right to work in France (no visa sponsorship available) • Fluent in English • 3–7 years of experience designing web products (SaaS preferred) • Strong Figma skills—component systems, tokens, and responsive design • Have shipped—or are eager to ship—interfaces for AI agents, chatbots, or other intelligent assistants. • Have worked on or built a design system from scratch • Proactive, independent, and collaborative • Strategic lens to design: you don’t just make things beautiful—you make them work
