📋 Description

• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, effective user experiences for camera operators and analysts. • Design intuitive UIs that facilitate real-time alerts, video playback, search, and situation analysis. • Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and domain experts to define features and workflows. • Ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards (e.g., GDPR) in all user-facing design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for web and edge-based platforms. • Conduct user research and usability testing with both civilian and military end-users. • Evolve and maintain a design system aligned with Orasio’s mission and visual identity. • Continuously refine brand guidelines to uphold a cohesive visual identity across diverse touchpoints, web, email, product interfaces, and more. • Develop design systems that can scale across different platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or critical systems interfaces (e.g., SaaS, security, defense, or data-heavy products). • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and real-world application of AI or data visualization. • Proficient in design tools (Figma,etc.) and prototyping. • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments. • Bonus: familiarity with legal compliance, human-machine interaction in surveillance or defense contexts, or multilingual design (especially French/English). • Fluent in English (French is a strong plus).
