📋 Description

• Act as the technical liaison for prospects and customers during the initial phases of their journey • Co-create technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept with the sales and product teams • Guide customers in designing cloud architectures using Scaleway solutions • Anticipate and resolve technical challenges to accelerate deal closure • Provide clear, compelling value propositions tailored to both technical and executive audiences • Conduct technical deep dives and architecture reviews with clients • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams • Stay up to date on public cloud trends and competitor offerings, and share knowledge internally • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and documentation • Support strategic roadmap discussions and participate in key industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in cloud architecture or technical pre-sales roles • Strong background in cloud computing, public cloud services, and container orchestration • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Infrastructure as Code, Linux, DevOps practices, application development • Experience with datacenter infrastructure and cloud-native design patterns • Strong presentation and communication skills in both French and English • Bonus: knowledge of open-source technologies, private cloud architectures, or experience as a technical speaker • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt communication depending on the audience (technical or business) • Autonomy and ownership of responsibilities • Curiosity and eagerness to learn from the field and competitors • Comfortable working in a high-stakes, client-facing environment
