📋 Description

• Draft the administrative documents for Invitations to Tender (ITT) packages • Advise departments on public procurement procedures • Review reports and verify the compliance of bids • Assist with negotiations for adapted procedures • Review and publish ITT packages and public calls for competition • Analyze application and candidate files • Provide legal secretariat support to the Procurement Advisory Committee • Manage the procurement process through to contract execution • Monitor legal developments in public procurement • Communicate legal updates to stakeholders involved in supplier selection decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, a postgraduate legal qualification at master's level • Significant experience as a Public Procurement Legal Counsel • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Self-reliance and rigor • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
